If you have dark hair and brown eyes, this silver shadow look seen on Grey’s Anatomy star Sara Ramirez will be the perfect accessory to any sparkling cocktail dress. (If you don’t, you can still look party-ready by emulating Abigail Breslin’s look.) Here’s how to get Sara’s dazzling look:
1. A Fine Shine
Start by prepping eyes with a shadow primer (Try Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion, $19, Urbandecay.com) to keep color in place. Tightly line upper and lower eyelids (including the inner rims) with a black pencil liner like Estée Lauder Artist’s Eye Pencil ($19). Then use a small shadow blush to apply a slightly shimmery gunmetal-grey shadow to the lid only.
