The program will commence at 7am with a yoga session led by Copper Crow, Country Managing Teacher for Pure Yoga, followed by refreshments and wellness talks. All participants will also walk away with an attractive goodie bag.
As Singapore's leading health and fitness magazine for women, Shape champions an active and well-balanced lifestyle for the modern woman. Shape Yoga in the City 2011 is Singapore's inaugural women-only mass yoga event.
It is set to be Shape's second signature event - in addition to Shape Run, an annual women-only race which will take place for the sixth consecutive year on July 24.
