THE Mrs Singapore World pageant has seen past winners in the likes of South African model Wendy Jacobs, aka Mrs. Fandi Ahmad, and model Colleen Francisca, who were crowned in 2003 and 2008 respectively.
This year, Vanessa Tan was crowned Mrs Singapore World 2011.
The 30-year-old woman has been married for one year and is the Director of her own Service Excellence Training company.
Besides being Mrs Singapore World 2011, Mrs Tan was also named Mrs Zell V Ambassador 2011 and Mrs Photogenic 2011.
The Classic Mrs Singapore 2011 pageant also took place on the same night, and Mrs Foo Yan Ming was the overall winner.
The 55-year-old homemaker has been married for 30 years, and was the second-runner-up during the Talent Round.
