A Korean girl asked me out?

so.. a Korean girl asked me out... she said I had pretty blond hair and complimented me... Later on she invited me to dinner and I accepted and we went to the movies and she fell asleep on me :/ How do I let her know without hurting her that I don't want to go straight into a relationship but start out as friends first? She's really beautiful also but I don't know if our cultural backgrounds will allow... I'm American and she has Korean backgrounds, how will that fit??
