The university had more than 100 transgender students in 2008.
The university become famous for supplying entrants to Thailand's Miss Tiffany Universe, an annual pageant for transsexuals.
Media reports say transgender students started coming to Suan Dusit about a decade ago, attracted to courses in catering and marketing.
But one course that they are not allowed to enrol in is education, a restriction which they are said to accept.
Transgender students are also advised to be ladylike and 'act like real women'.
Thailand is famed for its acceptance of transsexuals, but many are lobbying for separate bathrooms and passports tha record their unique gender, among other things.
